Do you offer detergent or fabric softener for purchase?
We offer a selection of detergents that are complimentary to your service. If your are desiring fabric softener to be added to your wash it is a ala cart option that can be added on.
How often are the machines cleaned and maintained?
Our machines are maintained regularly, and deep cleaned on a weekly basis or as needed.
How should I prepare my laundry prior to pickup?
You can place your laundry bag or small 13 gallons bag. We don't pickup laundry baskets or hampers.
Do you wash comforters, mattress covers, pillows, or small rugs?
Yes we do it's an available ala cart upcharge. These items require an individual wash at times, and take longer to dry dueto the size.
Can I bring my own laundry detergent?
No you can not we offer a great variety of well known detergents to choose from. We do not want to accept the responsibility of your products. We promise we provide adetergent that works for you and your family.
Can I provide my preferred laundry detergent, softener, etc?
No. We have 3 of the best detergents to choose from.
Is there a minimum weight laundry must be for pick up?
Yes a minimum weight of 40lbs.
What is the turnaround time for my laundry to be delivered after pick up?
The turnaround time is 48 hours from pickup.
Do you offer SAME DAY service?
Yes for additional fee on top of total weight of your laundry. The rush fee is an additional $25 for
priority service.
Do you use hypoallergenic detergent, softener, and dryer sheets?
Yes upon request. We understand some people have sensitive skin, and prefer dye free and perfume free products.
Do you hang up uniforms or requested clothing?
Yes if you provide hangers we will hang up items. Please understand we are NOT a dry-cleaning
business.
Do you provide this service for businesses?
Yes we do for small businesses such as salons, daycares, etc. Currently we cannot accommodate big hotels or big businesses. Hopefully in the future we will.
Would you come to my home to do my laundry?
No. Our safety and yours is a top priority here at Spin &Sparkle so entering your home to do laundry is not an option.
What do you recommend I do prior to putting my laundry out to get picked up and clean?
We highly suggest checking all pockets for items such as lighters, keys, money, or anything that can
possibly harm us while we’re checking. Items found in pockets will be notified and placed in a Ziplock bag
